Looking to have your quilt top quilted, but not sure where to start? No worries! Here’s what you need to know….
I do basic free-motion quilting (hand-guided and computerized). I can accommodate a top up to 72″ in width on my frame.
I charge .025 per square inch. For example, if you have a 60 x 60 quilt– 60×60= 3600 sq inches, 3600 x .025= $90.
My minimum price is $55.
Batting & backing need to be at least 6″ larger than the top (3″ on each side), so 60 x 60 would need a batting & backing that measure 66″ x 66″. The top, batting, & backing should be separate from each other; not spray-basted or attached to each other in any way.
